According to Ephesians 1:3-5, it gave God great pleasure to adopt us into his own family through Jesus Christ. We seek to model God’s spirit of adoption as we watch Him place children in families.
Our ministry has been blessed by coming alongside families who are considering or are in the process of adoption as well as families who have completed their adoption. Over the past few months, we have seen God orchestrate adoptions as each family experiences their own unique ‘miracle.’ Several families are adopting domestically and some are in foster to adopt while others are adopting internationally.
Our ministry meets every other month with workshops/seminars for families going through the adoption process and for those who have brought their children home. We have made available a resource guide to provide a broad scope of information for families considering adoption. Small groups meet every other month, which include a waiting-families group, a moms' group and a dads' group. Through these groups, families are able to connect in a more personal way with other adoptive families.
Adoption Assistance Fund
The financial barrier is the greatest obstacle in overcoming the adoption process. The Legacy685 Adoption Assistance Fund provides financial resources for families pursuing adoption.
