Houston Project
The Houston Project is our missionary journey to OUR city. Houston’s First Baptist Church members will share the love of Christ in various locations across Houston. Ministry includes Vacation Bible School, Youth Events, Adult Ministry, Food Distribution, Sports Ministry, Evangelism, and Prayer.

Faith Center
Some think that sharing the gospel is limited to overseas missions trips or reserved for “Varsity Christians.” This is far from the truth. Jesus commands ALL believers to be His witnesses (Matthew 28:18-20), not only going to the ends of the earth, but also to their own backyard (Acts 1:8). Our “Jerusalem” is the city of Houston, and the ministries at the Faith Center are the means through which you can be a witness for Jesus Christ during your college years. Whether you have a desire to serve young children, the poor and marginalized, lead a Bible Study, or build relationships with youth through sports, the Faith Center is the place for you to give your life away.
