Description 

Manage and coordinate the development of the annual budget and update the budget monthly and quarterly. Analyze the accounts and identify errors; manage and coordinate the development of the financials; develop and maintain the internal control documents for SOX compliance. 

Qualifications

• Masters in Accounting and Engineering
  
• Construction company experience
  
• Accounting degree and five plus years of financial and accounting experience in public accounting or in an accounting function at a public traded company'
  
• SOX  404 compliance knowledge
  
• Strong Excel and JDE or other enterprise accounting system knowledge

Description 

The person will oversee the complete accounting and Global Shop functions. To include  coordinating accounting activities through planning with departmental managers to insure resolution to month- end issues, budget issues and that the total manufacturing financial objectives are accomplished in an accurate, timely, and cost-effective manner. Directing and coordinating the work of accounting personnel.  Communicating with customers and vendors concerning accounts receivables, accounts payable and any other accounting related issue 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University preferred plus 10-15 years related manufacturing experience
  
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Masters of Business Administration (MBA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus
  
• Knowledge in Global Shop a plus
  
• Proficiency with Visio a plus 
  
• Experience with an integrated accounting system required
  
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, and Windows based accounting package
