Using Offering Envelopes

Members receive offering envelopes via mail on a monthly basis. Using these pre-printed envelopes (rather than generic ones) greatly helps Financial Services track contributions for end-of-year giving statements. You may order pre-printed envelopes (whether you’re a church member or not) by calling Membership Services at 713.957.5870.

In each member's monthly envelope mailing are also two white envelopes, addressed to HFBC with the postage paid by permit. If you are going to be absent and wish to mail in an offering, please place your tithe check in your personal preprinted contribution envelope first, then put the envelope inside the white “return postage guaranteed” envelope and let the USPS work for you.
