Lots of people think that recovery is only for those who have drug or alcohol issues. While it is true that recovery, and Celebrate Recovery, is for people with chemical dependency issues, it isn't only for them. In fact, one of the unique things about Celebrate Recovery is that it offers groups for more than just chemical addicts. CR is for people with any hurt, hang-up or habit. And so is The Landing.

The Landing will be a great resource for any teen (ages 12-19) who is struggling with addiction issues. By working through the Christ-centered principles, based on the 8 Beatitudes in Matthew 5 among a community of peers and caring adults, students will learn tools to help them give over their addictions to Jesus and find true healing and victory.

The Landing is a 52 week, ongoing program that is a translation of the Celebrate Recovery material. Designed to run concurrently with Celebrate Recovery and Celebration Station, CR for Kids, The Landing completes the group of resources for the entire family.

• It’s experience based. Instead of students learning in a lecture format, they get involved with the lessons. They’ll write, draw, talk, move, answer questions and much more.
• It’s 52 weeks and it never stops. Just like Celebrate Recovery, The Landing goes all year long.
• The lessons are based on the Celebrate Recovery lessons. Students will experience lessons like, Denial, Turn, Spiritual Inventory, and all of the 25 Celebrate Recovery lessons in ways that apply directly to them.
