Adopt A Missionary

Houston's First Baptist Church feels strongly about God's mandate to be involved in the life and ministry of our missionaries serving around the world. We desire to minister to the needs of these missionaries by supporting them while they are on the field and when they come home on furlough. It is our goal that each Life Bible Study class would "adopt" one of our missionaries and serve them through prayer and encouragement.

What does it mean to "Adopt a Missionary"?

By adopting a missionary, your class is committing to:

Pray for them on a consistent basis.
Share their needs with the class by reading their blogs or newsletters.
