Description:

Participate in and provide overall HSE support to the Houston office General Manager, department and project managers, country managers, subsidiaries, and corporate HSE network. Develop, implement, support, and manage annual HSE plan for business units, projects and subsidiaries. Provide advice and guidance on HSE programs; set targets and track performance. Manage program documentation. Distribute document updates within business units, projects, and subsidiaries as required of any major changes reflecting HSE function & network. Coordinate the publication of information and materials, as well as provide the operating locations with materials, posters, and booklets.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years. Candidate must have direct knowledge of HSE and management systems & experience of implementing & monitoring HSE Management systems in multiple locations in accordance with Global Standards. Must have experience in a manufacturing or process industry, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree (MA) or equivalent preferred.
  • Nebosh Diploma (globally recognized HSE qualification) preferred.

Purchasing Agent

Description:

The Purchasing Agent, reporting to the Purchasing Manager, will be responsible for the purchase of material commodities, equipment and supplies as outlined below for the Houston Fabrication facility.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
  • 5-7 years of procurement experience in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of purchasing and contract principles
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP – MM/PP
  • Must have a professional attitude and be a team player
  • Good communication, organization, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Proven job diligence, dedication and attention to detail
  • Commitment to work overtime on occasion
  • Basic proficiency in use of computer (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc.)
  • Comfort and experience interfacing with various levels of staff and management, while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees and vendors
