The Fitness & Recreation Center truly lives up to its name. It's always full of life and activity as members, non-members, FBA students and others make use of all it has to offer throughout the week -- and all within a safe and encouraging environment. Our goal is to provide our members with unlimited resources to build and sculpt healthy bodies and lifestyles. Starting May 21, Fitness and Recreation childcare on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:15am-11:15am will be held in the preschool wing. To see a campus map, please go to Houstonsfirst.org/campus.

Childcare is available on Mondays & Wednesdays in the Fitness & Recreation Center. Like all childcare at Houston’s First, this is a safe and loving environment for your children.
