Foundations of the Faith: Prayer

This year our Foundations of the Faith is a four-week series on prayer.  We will explore the biblical teachings and instructions about prayer.

About the writer of this year’s lessons on Prayer:

Karl Elkins is a member and guest frequent teacher in many of our Life Bible Study classes. He is and his wife Terry have been members at Houston’s First since May, 2010. He holds several degrees including a Masters in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Masters in Counseling from Colorado Christian University. He is an adjunct instructor at College of Biblical Studies and is president of Christway Counseling Center. Karl is a Licensed Professional Counselor with other counseling certifications, specializing in Marriage and Family Counseling.
