In the weeks leading up to Easter Sunday, Houston's First will gather to commemorate Christ's sacrifice on the cross and celebrate the life we have through His victory over death. We invite everyone to make Houston's First a part of your celebration!

Sponsored by the IMAGO artist community, this art show features pieces from 17 amateur and professional artists echoing messages delivered by Pastor Gregg Matte at Houston's First in 2010. The show is open for viewing whenever the church building is open, and admission is free. A "Meet The Artist" evening takes place Wed, Apr 13 @ 6-8 pm in the Main Foyer.
Broken For You
Thu, Apr 21 @ 7-8:15 pm
John Durham, Pastor of FBC Irving and former Minister to Students at Houston's First, delivers the message as we commemorate the Last Supper and Christ's sacrifice on the cross. The Lord's Supper will be observed. Doors open at 6:45 pm.
Birth-Kindergarten
The Preschool & Kindergarten Ministry will provide the youngest children with special activities, crafts, music, and stories related to the cross and Jesus' love for them. Parents can bring their children to the Preschool Check-In desk in the Main Foyer for assistance.
1st-5th Grades
First Kids presents "The True Night Before Easter" with author Tim Pendland. Every child will receive an autographed copy of Tim's book by the same name, and will leave inspired, enlightened and empowered! Parents can drop off their children in the Fellowship Center at 6:45 pm.
