Our client in the Stafford area is looking for an Area Supervisor for their organization. We are in search of an experienced, energetic, self-motivated professional to manage their Texas presence. This is a direct hire opportunity—only local candidates will be considered. You will be responsible for the following:

• Manage multiple contractor locations
• Ensure policy and procedures are being followed
• Manage day to day operations
• Supervise staff of 3
• Liaison with Company Executive Management
• Liaison with Corporate Head Office
• Interface with Courts and Texas Department of Public Safety

• Bachelor degree
• Proven management and supervisory skills
• Excellent communications skills—both oral and written
• Very strong computer skills
• Proven Problem Resolution skills
• Willing to travel to Eastern Texas on a regular basis
