The Gerald & Trevelyn Ray Musicians' Fund
The Gerald & Trevelyn Ray Musician's Fund honors the legacy of Gerald and Trevelyn and recognizes the
immeasurable impact they've had on the kingdom of God
and Houston’s First Baptist Church in so many areas, but primarily on the music
and worship ministry.
Gerald served as the Minister of Music from 1970 to 1998 and was the mastermind behind Pageant, the Christmas musical production seen by sold-out crowds of thousands for decades. Trevelyn was an active member of the music ministry serving in roles with the choir, the children's choir, handbells, Pageant and other areas. She went home to be with the Lord in 2006.
The impact of their ministry on the
lives of countless people will continue through the generosity of those
contributing to this Fund.
