PROFESSIONAL

This position oversees and administers all functions including face to face meetings, calling, emailing and group activities involving a case load of 35 to 45 graduates seeking employment.

• Follow-up with graduates of job readiness program for 90 days. Providing coaching and accountability of job search.
• Assist with drug screen administration.
• Work with stability coaches for long term success of graduates in the job market.
• Work with Employer Development Manger to find graduates for job leads for advancement opportunities.
• Lead Network Group meetings and meetings hosting employers
• Teach Segment of the job readiness workshop.
• Prefer 3-5 years experience in case management or counseling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access with high level of accuracy.
• Prefer 4 year college degree
