THE NEED

As of November 2011, there are 7 billion people on planet Earth -- and an estimated 1.7 billion have little or no access to the Gospel.
Of the 11,627 identified people groups in the world, more than half -- 6,750 -- have not been reached with the Good News.
Of those, 3,684 have not been engaged by missionaries, Bible translations or any other way that could point them to their need for salvation and to Jesus Christ as their Savior.

OUR GOAL

Houston’s First seeks to raise $500,000 for the World Mission Offering. Donations will be received from November 2011 through January 2012.

YOUR DONATIONS

Donations given by Houston’s First family will support missionary-sending organizations serving Texas, the United States, and the world:

The International Mission Board – 85%
The North American Mission Board – 10%
Southern Baptists of Texas State Missions – 5%
