Under the supervision of Mary Ring, LPC-S, Sika Apaloo is a dedicated counselor who combines professional expertise with personal experience to support individuals, couples, and families. As a divorced mother of two, she deeply understands the challenges of relationships and life transitions, fostering an empathetic and client-centered approach.

Sika specializes in helping clients navigate communication struggles, trust concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life changes. She is trained in The Gottman Method (Level 1), SYMBIS, Prepare & Enrich, and Debriefing Training, equipping her to work not only with couples and families but also with those preparing for, serving on, or returning from the missionary field. Through this work, she provides both practical tools and compassionate support for the unique emotional and relational challenges missionaries face.

By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Existential Therapy, all grounded in a biblical foundation, Sika helps clients build resilience, strengthen connections, and pursue personal growth.
