Below is a list of opportunities to get involved with The Christmas Store. Sign up to volunteer below the list.

Childcare: 11:30 am-2 pm & 1:30-4 pm shifts

Nursery: 1:30-4 pm shift

Decorating
Be a part of decorating Long Point Baptist Church for The Christmas Store. This will take place on Friday, December 5, starting at 9 am. 

Registration
Help shoppers check-in when they arrive at Long Point Baptist Church and connect them with a shopping guide.

Shopping Guides
Take shoppers to different rooms, help them with their gift selection, and make sure they follow The Christmas Store rules for gifts.

Table Overseers
Replenish gift tables throughout the day. You will also help direct the guides and shoppers to the correct table for each group.

Evangelism
Do you have a heart for sharing the gospel? The gospel will be presented to all shoppers before they go shopping. This is our main priority for the day, the Gift of Salvation. We want all parents to know why we are giving them gifts for their children.

Childcare
Care for kids while their parents are shopping, so the gifts will remain a surprise until Christmas.

Nursery
The nursery will be available for children (0-3 years) who come with their parents, as well as children of volunteers. A Worker Profile must be completed for this position.

Parent Gift Area
The children are also given the opportunity to shop for their parents and have the gift wrapped before they leave. Be a table overseer or gift wrapper in the parent gift are.

Hospitality
As parents wait for the next available guide, they will wait in the hospitality room where cookies, coffee, and hot chocolate are provided. Help oversee the refreshment table, or even bring some homemade cookies.

Tear Down
When The Chistmas Store ends at 4 pm, help take down all the decorations and return all the left over gifts to the storeroom.
