Welcome to a familiar yet fresh night of leadership training at Houston's First. As a primarily Sunday PATHMAKER you serve and impact thousands of lives each week! Whether you serve in CornerBooks, Guest Expereince, Adult LBS, a 3rd Grade classroom, or anywehre else; Houston's First wants to pour into you as someone leading and making a path to Jesus. You're invited to Leadership at Houston's First!
This evening training expreince will feature general leadership equipping sessions and ministry specific training for the following ministry areas*.

*If you do not serve in one of these specific areas your serving area will coordinate additional training/equipping moments for you.

Dr. Matt Carter
- Matt for almost 20 years was the Founding/Lead Pastor of The Austin Stone Church in Austin, TX. During that time, it grew to over 8000 active attendants and 5 Satelite Campuses around the city of Austin.
- He's written 7 nationally published books, including “The Real Win” with NFL Quarterback Colt McCoy, which focuses on becoming a better husband and father.
- He currently serves as Executive Director for Times 12 Church Planting Network and as a Content Writer and Editor for Prospero A.I., an Artificial Intelligence powered Stock Analysis App and newsletter.

This event is primarily geared toward current PATHMAKERS. If you are interested in being a PATHMAKER please contact Tony.Bianco@HoustonsFirst.org to learn about ways to serve at Houston's First.
No. Since our NextGen ministries will be training this evening as well they are unable to provide childcare for this event.
PATHMAKERS who serve in other ways or in other ministries will have additional training/equipping moments specifically scheduled and organized directly by the ministry in which you serve.
Connect with your primary ministry in which you serve to see if they recommend certain or specific breakouts for your unique role as a PATHMAKER.
Breakout 2 & 3 will be ministry specifc training. You are free to choose whichever trainings apply best to your serving. However, if your ministry has a "Key Session" (denoted in the participants guide) you'll want to plan on attending that specific training.
Yes! We plan to record each breakout. Once the night is finished each ministry will have access to their breakouts to share with those who may have missed one.
Dinner will be box-dinner and available until 6:15p. If you arrive late you may take a box with you to your next session.
It's best to stay throughout the complete event. This will give you the best amount of training/equipping possible and the community of all PATHMAKERS.
