Cy-Hope assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property in connection with your participation in volunteer activities. By signing up, you are agreeing that you have knowledge of and assume the resulting risks, and accept the disclaimer of Cy-Hope's responsibility and liability. You further agree to release Cy-Hope and all of its officers, staff, and volunteers, without any limitation or qualification, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, acts of nature, and actions which might be made for any losses, expenses, or damages of any kind.
Photo & Media Release
By signing up, you are agreeing to grant Cy-Hope and its affiliated organizations permission to publish names, images, and/or videos in event publications, video publications on their website, and social media outlets.
By signing up, you are agreeing to both the Waiver & Release of Liability and the Photo & Media Release above.
