What You'll Do
Monitor the live stream chat during Sunday services, pray with individuals who submit online prayer requests, provide biblical encouragement and empathetic responses, work alongside the Communications team during services, help online guests feel seen and cared for, and maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all interactions.
Requirements
- Have proficient typing and written communication skills
- Demonstrate strong grammar and digital communication etiquette
- Have experience or comfort with intercessory prayer
- Respond with empathy, wisdom, and care
- Be comfortable engaging in sensitive conversations online
- Commit to serving every other Sunday for 3.5 hours
Skills & Training
We’re looking for individuals with a strong heart for prayer and intercession who communicate clearly and compassionately through written conversations. Ideal candidates are thoughtful, attentive, and desire to help others take next steps with Christ in a digital environment.
Physical Requirements
Sitting at a computer for extended periods, typing, monitoring online conversations, and responding through digital communication platforms.
