FAQs

A missional marketplace is a place of gathering and connection with a collection of handcrafted goods from ministries around the world who partner with Houston’s First. Your purchase of these handcrafted goods (jewelry, purses, candles, rugs, textiles, and home items) help provide sustainability for the workers and carry the Gospel of Jesus around the world.

Each campus has their own area of community & coffee!

  • Cypress Campus: offering free coffee and a small bookstore, stop by Cy-PRESS located right off of the main lobby area.
  • Downtown: you can’t miss the coffee station and the amazing community on Sundays!
  • Sienna: central to the lobby, the smell of coffee and the welcoming smiles of our PATHMAKERS will help prepare your heart for the Word of God!

Yes! Located directly behind the registers at Corner Books at the Loop Campus is our library full of books for all ages, most of which have a Christian emphasis. You do not need to be a member of Houston's First Baptist Church in order to be a member of CornerBooks Library. Membership includes access for checkout of resources, placing items on hold, and renewing items online. Become a CornerBooks Library member today!

    Includes commentaries, concordances, atlases, dictionaries, and other tools for study and teaching.
