Weddings at Houston's First

At Houston’s First Baptist Church, we believe marriage is a sacred covenant—God’s first ordained institution—and we are honored to walk alongside couples as they begin this lifelong journey. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a large celebration, our facilities and staff are here to help make your day meaningful, memorable, and rooted in faith.

“Marriage is honorable; let us all keep it so…”
Hebrews 13:4

As you navigate the many details of your wedding, we invite you to consider not only the ceremony, but also the spiritual foundation you are building together. A strong marriage begins with a strong relationship with Jesus Christ. We encourage every couple to pursue God’s direction both individually and as a couple, and to seek His guidance as you commit to live pure and holy lives.
