Single Parent/Blended Families Family Camp

Get ready for the best weekend of the year — Family Camp!

Trinity Pines Conference Center
4341 FM 356, Trinity, TX 75862

Check out Trinity Pines, view the camp map, and watch our Family Camp video to get a glimpse of what to expect!

Housing

This year, all families will have private housing.

A $25 deposit per person is required to complete your registration and secure your family’s spot and housing.

Transportation

We will provide two charter buses departing from the south parking lot of Houston’s First on Friday, September 11:

Bus 1 — 4p

Bus 2 — 5p

Dinner will be provided for families riding the charter buses. You must register in advance for bus transportation. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Families are also welcome to drive their own vehicles or carpool with friends. Please note that dinner will not be provided for families driving separately, so please plan to eat before arriving or bring dinner with you.

Trinity Pines is approximately 114 miles north of the church, with a drive time of about 2 hours depending on traffic.

On Sunday, the charter buses will depart Trinity Pines after lunch for the return trip to Houston.

Scholarships

If you need financial assistance and would like to request a scholarship, please complete your Family Camp registration first.

After your registration is completed, you will receive a separate email with a link to the Scholarship Request Form.

To help us provide assistance to as many families as possible, we ask each family to contribute as much as they are able toward the cost of camp. All scholarship requests are reviewed and approved by a church committee.

Please note:

  • Scholarships apply to camp fees only.
  • Scholarships do not cover optional adventure activities.
  • Completing a Scholarship Request Form does not replace your Family Camp registration.

Please don’t let finances keep your family from attending! We want to help make Family Camp possible for as many families as we can.
