You might call Hunt Retreat in Fulshear, Texas, our church's first multi-site campus. Worship services and Life Bible Studies may not be held there each Sunday, but since the mid-'70s, ministry has happened here.

Hunt Retreat provides a peaceful setting for worship, fellowship, and Christian community.

The Hunt Retreat property features a beautiful home situated on nearly 15 acres of land, all designed to foster fellowship and joy in God’s creation. Located just 40 miles west of The Loop Campus, you’ll find ample outdoor space for leisurely walks in the fresh air, enjoying a casual picnic on the grounds, playing lawn games, or taking to the field for a softball game. More than 60 stately Texas pecan trees dot the property, and to the west, you’ll find Bessie’s Creek, a great place for prayer and meditation or fishing!

The home at Hunt Retreat features two expansive porches that offer the perfect place for prayer, praise, and reflection while catching a sunrise or sunset. Inside, you’ll find all you need to host an impactful retreat including a full kitchen with an eat-in dining area, central great room with fireplace and cozy seating, and bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate up to 54 people comfortably.

Hunt Retreat is located at 34711 Hunt Rd, Fulshear, Texas 77441, just 40 miles west of The Loop Campus.

The entire Hunt Retreat property in Fulshear, Texas, is 14.7 acres.

The home at Hunt Retreat features two 71’ porches, 8,800 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living space, 10’ ceilings throughout, 9 bedrooms, 9 1/2 baths (2 of which are ADA compliant), a full kitchen with seating for approximately 30, a central great room with fireplace and cozy seating, and a spacious game room.

Hunt Retreat is equipped to comfortably sleep up to 54 people in its 9 bedrooms. There are 9 1/2 bathrooms, 2 of which are ADA compliant. The full kitchen offers seating for approximately 30 people. Additional seating can be arranged on the expansive, covered porches on the front and back of the building.

Hunt Retreat is available for use by Ministries of Houston’s First Baptist Church, as well as other Christian churches and non-profit Christian Organizations.
